EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES COMPLAINTS

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) complaint processing regulations at 29 C.F.R. ยง 1614.102 (b)(2) require agencies to establish or make available an ADR program. The ADR program must be available during both the pre-complaint process and the formal complaint process. Air Force attorneys in the division are responsible for ensuring that the Air Force ADR Program for processing equal employment opportunity complaints complies with EEOC requirements and are consistent with Air Force ADR policy.
