THE NEGOTIATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM
MISSION: Equip leaders with the negotiation and conflict management tools to secure the mission and lead high-performing teams.
To meet the pacing threat, DAF leaders must secure the engagement and participation of every Airmen and Guardian in pursuit of cohesive, high-performing teams and innovative, lasting solutions. We work to arm those engaged leaders with the negotiation and conflict management skills to do this consistently and effectively to protect resources and enhance readiness. And we reinforce their efforts through access to expert DAF neutrals who can help them secure lasting solutions.

ACROSS THE FORCE
NDR Managers
: They are the primary point of contact at a MAJCOM, FLDCOM, or Installation who connect Airmen and Guardians with the negotiation and conflict management resources they need to resolve workplace conflict and restore full mission focus.
NDR Aces
: A cadre of our finest, most experienced neutrals across the force, they are Airmen and Guardians who take on the added responsibilities of enhancing their craft to assist in the resolution of workplace conflict.
DAF Mediator Cadre
: Our cadre of certified neutrals across the force, they are Airmen and Guardians who take on the added responsibilities of serving as a neutral to assist in the resolution of workplace conflict.
DAF Conflict Coaches
: They are Airman and Guardians from the DAF's coaching cadre who have specialized training and experience in guiding leaders through the process of resolving workplace conflict.
