MS. LYNDA O'SULLIVAN

Lynda T. O'Sullivan is the Deputy General Counsel for Dispute Resolution (SAF/GCD), Headquarters United States Air Force, Washington, D.C. She is responsible for promoting efficient and effective dispute resolution processes and developing systematic Air Force-wide negotiation and conflict management capabilities, including establishment of Air Force alternative dispute resolution (ADR) policy. Ms. O'Sullivan also serves as managing executive for the Air Force Office of General Counsel (SAF/GC).

Ms. O'Sullivan previously served as Assistant Deputy General Counsel (Dispute Resolution) and Assistant Deputy General Counsel (Contractor Responsibility). She joined the Air Force in 2004 from private law practice.

She has served the ABA Section of Public Contract Law as a Council Member, Chair of the Accounting, Cost & Pricing Committee, Budget and Finance Officer, Vice Chair of the ADR Committee, and Liaison to the Section of Dispute Resolution.
